We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Continental Chef to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing continental cuisine dishes. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Continental Chef
• Excellent knowledge of continental cuisine
• Strong culinary and creative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality dishes
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay updated on culinary trends and techniques

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook continental cuisine dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the company's quality and presentation standards
• Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
• Collaborate with the sous chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques
