We are seeking a talented and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe in Mumbai. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage a team of baristas, and ensure the smooth running of the cafe.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of coffee and the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in cafe operations, including managing staff and inventory
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to implement effective marketing strategies
• Passion for sustainability and ethical practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Manage a team of baristas, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer base
• Collaborate with the company's farm partners to ensure a sustainable and ethical supply chain
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the cafe's offerings
