Job Overview
Junior Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in Bhubaneswar. Full-Time position at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP focusing on sales, negotiation, relationship building, and business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record in lead generation and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Kruti Coffees success as an impact model can be primarily attributed to our three farm partners: 1.Kindiriguda (A farm owned and entirely maintained by tribal villagers of Kindiriguda in Koraput, Odisha).
