We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Barista and possess excellent brewing skills. Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Barista
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Ability to create latte art and serve aesthetically pleasing beverages
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer orders
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for all customers
• Maintain knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and coffee equipment
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with proficiency
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workspace
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Assist with daily inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
