We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager for our cafe operations in Mumbai. This senior-level, full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in training and development with a specific focus on cafe handling experience. The role involves enhancing staff skills in customer service and team leadership, aligned with the cafe's operational goals. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence, developing training programs, and evaluating performance.
