Qualifications and Skills

• Smartphone operation is essential for accessing delivery apps and maintaining constant communication with the dispatch team (Mandatory skill).
• Time management skills are necessary to ensure timely deliveries and make efficient use of working hours (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in package handling is vital for ensuring parcels are securely and accurately delivered (Mandatory skill).
• GPS navigation skills to effectively locate and deliver to various locations within the assigned area.
• Route optimization to create efficient delivery routes and save time and fuel.
• Ability to provide good customer service and address any immediate customer concerns or queries.
• Understanding of traffic regulations to ensure adherence to road safety rules during deliveries.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to handle minor issues and ensure the vehicle is always delivery-ready.

• Pick up and deliver packages to specified locations within designated time frames.
• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures upon delivery when necessary.

• Ensure the safekeeping and confidentiality of all delivery items throughout transit.
