Position: Warehouse In-charge

Location: Tukkuguda, Near RGI Airport, Hyderabad

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse In-charge with a background in Electro Mechanical Manufacturing. Candidates with experience in the Defence and Aerospace Industry will find added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma/Btech in Materials Management

3-5+ years’ experience in Electro Mechanical Manufacturing or relevant industry.

• Background of Ex Service is an added advantage.
• Experience in SAP MM module is compulsory.
• Should be well versed with ISO and AS9100 procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of handling freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, and logistics related to imports and exports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Procurement team for receiving goods from suppliers as per Purchase Order specifications.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring procedures and protocols.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
• Efficiently manage warehouse store operations to ensure timely unloading of supplier vehicles.
• Effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) as per set standards during product storage/handling.
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacements.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Prepare MIS reports for management.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
• Review worker performance and identify training needs for team mentorship.
