We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator (Female candidates only) for our Mumbai office. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in sales coordination and support.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle and respond to customer communication via phone calls and emails●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up with clients regarding orders, queries, documentation, and service updates●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize and maintain sales records, customer data, and paperwork●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform accurate data entry and manage records in Excel and internal systems●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks related to the sales department<h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good communication skills in English ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Mail ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to learn basic technical details about products●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Highly organized, with attention to detail●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and within a team●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prior internship or experience in a sales support role is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash.</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.</li><li>Handle GST and income tax related matters, including filing returns, payments, and reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.</li><li>Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.</li><li>5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, and other relevant accounting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally or Zoho.</li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Female candidates preferred.</li></ul> Salary - 25000 to 30000 per month
