Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team at Kosamattam Finance Ltd. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Kottayam, Kerala, India.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and tax compliance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules
• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning and filings
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and identify risks
• Provide financial advice to management for informed decision-making
