Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Branch Executive to join our team at Kosamattam Finance Ltd. As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in branch operations
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of financial products and services

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Maintain and update customer records accurately
• Process loan applications and ensure timely disbursement
• Cross-sell our range of financial products and services to customers
• Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up with customers
• Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
