Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient operation of all systems, assets, and policies. This role involves configuration, asset management, vendor coordination, and compliance with data security and ISO standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in small to medium-sized companies, managing diverse IT functions across endpoints, networks, and security policy implementation.

Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Intune, MDM

1. Configuration & Policy Management

o Configure and manage Microsoft Intune policies for endpoint security and compliance.

o Maintain and update company devices including laptops (Windows and Apple), printers, and other peripherals.

2. Asset & Vendor Management

o Oversee and track company IT assets including inventory of laptops, printers, firewalls, and network equipment.

o Coordinate with third-party vendors for device procurement, manage invoicing, and handle issues with external vendors.

3. Data Security & Compliance

o Define, implement, and monitor data security policies in alignment with ISO standards.

o Participate in ISO audits to ensure compliance and proper documentation of IT security practices.

4. Ticket Management & Support

o Provide end-user support and manage ticketing systems for IT-related issues.

o Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

5. Endpoint & Network Management

o Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.

o Perform endpoint management tasks to ensure devices are secure, updated, and optimized for performance.
