Job Overview

The Information Technology Administrator will manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. The role entails ensuring secure and efficient operations of all systems, assets, and policies, involving configuration, asset management, vendor coordination, and compliance with data security and ISO standards. We seek individuals with hands-on experience in small to medium-sized companies, adept at managing diverse IT functions across endpoints, networks, and security policy implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, exposure to data security protocols, and the ability to handle vendor relationships efficiently. Experience with compliance monitoring and ticket management systems is necessary. Proven skills in configuration and policy management, along with strong documentation abilities, are crucial to the role's success.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Configuration & Policy Management

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune policies for endpoint security and compliance.
• Maintain and update company devices including laptops (Windows and Apple), printers, and other peripherals.

1. Asset & Vendor Management

• Oversee and track company IT assets including inventory of laptops, printers, firewalls, and network equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for device procurement, manage invoicing, and handle issues with external vendors.

1. Data Security & Compliance

• Define, implement, and monitor data security policies in alignment with ISO standards.
• Participate in ISO audits to ensure compliance and proper documentation of IT security practices.

1. Ticket Management & Support

• Provide end-user support and manage ticketing systems for IT-related issues.
• Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

1. Endpoint & Network Management

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Perform endpoint management tasks to ensure devices are secure, updated, and optimized for performance.

1. Continuous Improvement & Documentation

• Document IT policies, processes, and asset records for easy reference and audit purposes.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to IT processes, technology, and security standards.
