About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Lead to oversee and guide our mobile development team. As a Flutter Lead, you will be responsible for driving the architectural decisions, leading the development of high-quality mobile applications, and ensuring efficient workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Flutter-based mobile applications for IOS and Android platforms.
• Architect efficient, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the mobile development team.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure smooth, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain and improve code quality, ensuring best practices, reusable code, and comprehensive testing.
• Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, trends, and mobile development technologies.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage app deployment to App Store and Google Play Store.
• Coordinate with backend developers for API integration and other services.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in mobile app development with at least 3+ years of Flutter experience.
• Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter framework, and state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc).
• Experience with mobile app architecture patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Proven experience in deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team

 Desired Skills:

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or IOS (Swift) development.
• Knowledge of cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
• Previous experience in leading remote or distributed teams.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
