Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and good-looking female Marketing Manager who can represent our company professionally to investors, farmers, and other stakeholders in the CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) and green energy sector. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in meetings with investors, farmers, and industry stakeholders.

Present the company’s green energy projects and investment opportunities.

Conduct market research and create presentations for potential business collaborations.

Develop marketing strategies and outreach plans to promote company initiatives.

Organize seminars, workshops, and field visits for investors and farmer engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.

1 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in energy, sustainability, or agricultural sectors.

Excellent command over Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken & written).

Pleasing personality and confident presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
