Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Configuration & Implementation:
• Configure and customize SAP B1 Module to align with business requirements within the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the successful implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring that the solution meets business needs and complies with industry standards.
• Business Process Mapping & Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for SAP-based improvements.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications and configure the SAP system accordingly.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing support to end-users and troubleshoot SAP-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that SAP functionality is running optimally and assist with data migration and system upgrades as required.
• Testing & Training:
• Participate in system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) and ensure configurations are accurately reflected in test results.
• Train end-users on SAP modules and best practices, ensuring that teams are well-equipped to use the system effectively.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Provide regular status updates to the management team and business stakeholders on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up to date with SAP updates, patches, and new features, ensuring the system remains current and optimized for the business.
• Provide recommendations to enhance SAP functionality, streamline processes, and improve overall system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, such as production planning, material management, inventory control, and procurement.
• Experience in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP functionality.
• Familiarity with SAP best practices and implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP or Agile).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business teams and end-users.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP and other systems (e.g., MES, ERP).
• Exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
