As the Manager of Skill Development for the DDUGKY program, you will oversee the implementation and management of skill training initiatives. Your role will entail coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and striving for the highest standards in skill development practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of the DDUGKY skill development projects.
- Coordinate with training partners, state governments, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with DDUGKY guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and assess project performance and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress.
- Manage budgets and financials related to skill development programs.
- Organize capacity-building workshops and training sessions.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in skill development or related sector.
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Experience with government-funded programs is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory proficiency in Telugu and English for operational interfacing
