Review logs in detail and understand application code to understand if the problem is with the tool or somewhere else
Possess in-depth knowledge of storage configuration and implementation activities of the Storage SAN environment, specifically for Hitachi platforms and inclusive of all backup, fabric and infrastructure components (switches, zoning etc)
Provide real time problem support in a 7/24 high-availability production environment
