Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive (Delivery) to manage and optimize mobile and web campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution, timely validation, and revenue generation from domestic and international affiliate networks. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, publishers, and advertisers to enhance campaign performance and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Delivery & Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPR, and CPS campaigns across various supply channels.
• Affiliate Coordination: Work closely with publishers and affiliate networks to onboard, track, and optimize performance.
• Validation & Billing: Ensure timely validation of sources, invoicing, and payment processing according to schedules.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and implement strategic adjustments.
• Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to develop campaign assets tailored for target audiences.
• Technical Proficiency

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing delivery
• Strong knowledge of CPI, CPA, CPR, CPS, and CPL models
• Proficiency in Excel for campaign tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Platforms)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring quality delivery
• Experience working with direct and international publishers
• Problem-solving skills to resolve campaign issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a performance marketing agency
