Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Zoho Books and Google Sheets; adaptable to new accounting tools as required.
• Handle E-Invoicing efficiently.
• Manage TDS payments and returns, covering both salary and non-salary components.
• Oversee GST payments, reconciliation, and ensure timely monthly and yearly filings.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and tax officers when necessary.
• Communicate financial information effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Exhibit a strong learning attitude and self-motivation to stay updated with evolving accounting standards and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Prior experience with Zoho Books, Google Sheets, and other accounting tools.
• Solid understanding of E-Invoicing, TDS, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate financial information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
