Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position that requires a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with CRM Software, capable of managing customer relationships and data effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ensuring proper management of sales workflows and lead nurturing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and connecting with potential clients.
- Skilled in lead generation techniques to identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities.
- Competency in email marketing automation, streamlining outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Strong cold calling abilities (Mandatory skill) for initiating conversations and opening sales channels with potential clients.
- Customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill), critical for maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Sales analytics capabilities (Mandatory skill), essential for evaluating and refining sales strategies and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective and existing clients to foster relationships and drive sales growth.
- Execute inbound and outbound sales calls, presenting our services and products to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track lead activity, manage pipeline opportunities, and update client information.
- Identify sales trends and develop strategic plans to enhance sales performance and target attainment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes and sales funnel strategies.
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports, capturing key metrics and trends for management review.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt issue resolution.
