The Vice President – Assistant Controller will lead and manage the strategic and operational aspects of the capability center’s accounting organization, overseeing Corporate Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), QSF Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This individual will be a key business partner to global stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of financial and QSF accounting operations and contributing to the company’s growth through accurate and timely financial information

•CA/CMA required

•15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in global fintech or capability centers

•Proven track record of managing large-scale finance operations in a global capability center or captive unit model is a plus

•Strong understanding of international accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting frameworks.

•Demonstrated success in building team culture that led to retention and growth of team

•Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
