Mandatory sills - Monitor and maintain Unix/Linux servers and services. Respond to and resolve basic system alerts, incidents, and service requests. Assist in user account management, file system maintenance, and system backups.

- Monitor and maintain Unix/Linux servers and services.
- Respond to and resolve basic system alerts, incidents, and service requests.
- Assist in user account management, file system maintenance, and system backups.
- Perform routine health checks and generate system performance reports.
- Support patching, upgrades, and configuration changes under supervision.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
