Educational Qualification :

Graduate from B.Com & BAF

Good knowledge of Accounts is an added Advantage

Knowledge of Taxation (eTDS,GST, Payroll) preferred

Prior experience in Tally / software implementation will be an added advantage

Good Communication & Presentation skills

Handling Technical & Accounting Queries and giving Resolution to Tally. ERP 9,

TallyPrime Users and CA’s, Tax Practitioners etc.

Online training support to customers on Tally.ERP 9/TallyPrime

Pro-active calling to AMC Customers to ensure smooth Tally Operations

Online Support Activities thru' Remot softwares like Teamviewer,anydesk

Revenue generation wherever possible
