Job Title : System Administrator
Exp 3+
CTC 10 LPA
Timings initially 7PM to 4AM
Notice period - 0-15 days
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
• Proficiency in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience on O365 Administration & Backup Configurations & VM.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Management:
o Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
o Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
o Conduct regular hardware and software upgrades to enhance performance and security.
o Implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
2. Network Administration:
o Manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and internet connections.
o Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
o Monitor network traffic and implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
o Troubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance.
o Work on WI-FI related issues.
3. Security Management:
o Install and update Security software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
o Respond to security incidents and conduct first level of investigation.
o Upgrade Servers and workstation with latest security patches.
4. User Support:
o Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
o Train employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
o Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
5. System Automation and Scripting:
o Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline system administration tasks.
o Implement configuration management tools for provisioning and managing IT infrastructure.
o Monitor and optimize system resources using scripting languages such as PowerShell and CMD.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to plan and implement IT projects.
o Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
