• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, with a focus on Windows Server environments.

• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Hyper-V virtualization, Active Directory design and management, and Office 365 administration.

• Strong understanding of Azure AD integration and identity management principles.

• Knowledge of server and Office 365 security best practices, compliance standards, and backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to deliver regular quick updates, system solutions, and communicate issues to Infrastructure team.

• Project management skills and experience leading IT infrastructure projects

• Ability to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation and system administration tasks.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
