🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for technology teams
- Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment for new initiatives
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to design scalable solutions
- Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions
- Define and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and use cases
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from initiation to deployment
- Work closely with QA teams to validate requirements and support test case design
- Monitor project delivery to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA best practices, templates, and methodologies
