Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Azure Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in securing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. The role involves defining cloud security standards, protecting enterprise data, and enabling secure adoption of advanced Azure services such as Azure AI, AKS, Cognitive Search, and Document Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Azure & O365 security policies, standards, and guardrails
• Manage and optimize security services including:
• Defender for Cloud
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Policy & Firewall
• RBAC & Identity Controls
• Secure advanced Azure workloads:
• Azure AI (models, APIs, data pipelines)
• Azure Cognitive Search & Document Intelligence
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) – container and runtime security
• Implement O365 security controls:
• Exchange Online Protection
• DLP & Sensitivity Labels
• MFA & Conditional Access
• Insider Risk Management
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
• Automate compliance and governance using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure & Microsoft 365 Security
• Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM
• Experience securing AKS, Azure AI, or other advanced Azure services
• Proven incident response and remediation experience
