This is for our Banking and finance sector and consdiering candidates that have prior exp into lead generation.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position, with occasional evening or weekend work depending on client availability.
• Travel may be required for client meetings and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
• Actively promote housing loan products to potential customers through various channels (direct sales, referrals, online marketing, etc.).
• Generate and manage leads, identify sales opportunities, and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for housing loans.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate loan products.
2. Customer Consultation:
• Advise potential borrowers on the types of housing loans available, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
• Perform a thorough analysis of customers’ financial backgrounds to assess their loan eligibility.
• Provide customized loan solutions tailored to customer needs.
3. Documentation and Process Handling:
• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for loan applications.
• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure a smooth loan approval and disbursement process.
4. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Follow up with clients during the loan application and approval process.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly, offering solutions as needed.
5. Market Research & Reporting:
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry changes that may affect loan products and services.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance, prospects, and outcomes.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all loan processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with the highest level of professionalism and security.
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector; housing loan experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
