Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for Chennai Center hiring

·       Develop and implement Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

·       Implementing company talent acquisition strategy

·       Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs and managing the overall recruitment and selection process

·       Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

·       Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

·       Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

·       Maintain data of employees, generating monthly HR Reports, HR activities, Maintaining employee personal file and keeping the record up-to-date

·       Responsible for entire recruitment cycle
