Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – eCommerce Retail to lead and deliver large-scale eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in retail/eCommerce, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce and retail technology projects
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify project risks and dependencies and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to senior management
• Manage vendor coordination and cross-functional team dependencies

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong experience in eCommerce / Retail domain (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience managing distributed teams and UK stakeholders is a plus
