REQUIRED SKILLS :

Key Responsibilities

• SCCM Administration:

o Manage software distribution, patch management, OS deployment (OSD), and application packaging using SCCM.

o Maintain and enhance SCCM infrastructure (including Distribution Points, Management Points, and SUP).

o Create and maintain task sequences for Windows imaging and upgrades.

• Intune Administration:

o Deploy and manage mobile devices and Windows endpoints using Intune.

o Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments.

o Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory and other Microsoft 365 services.

• Automation and Scripting:

o Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to improve deployment, reporting, and administrative tasks.

o Implement automation for software updates, provisioning, and compliance checks.

o Create dashboards and reports for patch compliance, device status, and application deployment.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

o Proactively monitor systems and endpoints to ensure health and compliance.

o Troubleshoot issues related to client agents, patching, and application deployments.

o Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and root cause analysis.

• Documentation & Best Practices:

o Maintain up-to-date documentation for SCCM/Intune environments and procedures.

o Develop standard operating procedures and configuration guidelines.

o Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in endpoint management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in SCCM and Intune administration.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with patch management for Windows and third-party applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong expertise in:

o Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)

o Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)

o PowerShell and automation techniques

o Windows OS deployment and lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:

o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

o Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

• Experience with Co-management (SCCM + Intune integration).
• Familiarity with third-party patch management tools and reporting platforms like Power BI.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards related to endpoint management.
