About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Majesco Billing Developer with 3+ years of experience in Majesco Account Billing, Database and Batch monitoring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Majesco Billing (ICM/ICD) modules, with a solid understanding of upstream and downstream integration processes.

CTC - 20 LPA

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, configure, and support Majesco Billing (ICM/ICD) applications.
• Monitor and manage Majesco batch processes, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and production issues.
• Perform data fixes and coordinate with business and technical teams for root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems for smooth data flow and integration.
•  Design and implement Java-based API integrations using Core Java, REST API, Spring, and Spring Boot (Optional).
• Adhere to Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Majesco Billing (ICM/ICD).
• Strong understanding of billing domain processes and system integrations.
• Proven experience in batch monitoring, incident resolution, and production support.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based Service Management practices.

Experience in Java API development and integration frameworks (Optional).
