•    Experience in Linux OS support, RHEL preferred

•    Linux installation, administration, user management

•    Excellent knowledge of Linux shell command and shell scripting

•    Knowledge of File system handling, partitioning, mounting, Linux kernel

•    Manage RPM packages

•    Hardware compatibility verification, driver installation

•    Application monitoring for memory, CPU, space, n/w traffic

•    Troubleshooting OS level issue with System logs file

•    Knowledge of network protocols, packet tracking, wireshark, DHCP, LDAP

•    Good to have knowledge of streaming media protocols (SIP, SDP, H.323)

•    Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

•    Motivated self-starter
