1. ATE Development experience- hands on experience and knowledge in test engineering, should be able to identify test points by reviewing hardware schematics with respect to requirement documents.

2. Test Bench Setup experience- Knowledge of all NI hardware and setting up the environment.

3. HILS

4. Requirement Based testing concepts

5. Protocols- CAN, ARINC, any additional protocol knowledge is good

6. Labview certified CLD- Should have extensive experience in creation and automation of labview VI's

7. Knowledge on VeriStand

8. Experience in Phython Script is also required
