Exchange OnPrem + online:

Exchange Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our hybrid Microsoft Exchange environment, which includes both Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online (Office 365). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Exchange architecture, hybrid configurations, migrations, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Exchange On-Premises infrastructure (versions 2013/2016/2019).
• Administer Exchange Online (Office 365), including mailboxes, policies, and security settings.
• Support and maintain the hybrid configuration between Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online.
• Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and mailbox migrations (cutover/staged/hybrid).
• Troubleshoot email delivery, mail flow issues, mobile device access, and mailbox performance.
• Implement and manage email security, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, and DLP policies.
• Work with PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and generate reports.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support for complex issue resolution.
• Maintain and update documentation related to Exchange environment and procedures.
• Ensure email compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
