Job Description

Support and Work closely with Data and Applied Intelligence Practice leader towards:

1. Portfolio management, evolving go to market strategy execution, business

model evolution, business development including strategic alliances,

channel partners (worldwide).

2. Work towards developing a dominant position in identified niche market

areas by focused actions and measures (both tactical and strategic)

3. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets

/customers and help build right set of offerings and business models that are

future proof.

4. Increasing practice’s overall internal morale and external visibility in

competitive arena

5. Contributions should directly & indirectly translate to portfolio and service

expansion, translating to business area growth.

6. Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and

develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps

 This position involves extensive influencing within boundaries of the firm as well

as with external partners and ecosystems. The position will involve local &

international business travels.

The Data and Applied Intelligence Practice - comprises of three distinctive sub areas with Global P&L responsibilities:

1. Data Insights, Analytics inclusive and not limited to Data Engineering development and their GTM forays

(focus on Data lake on cloud , BigData )

2.Data Science including AI , ML , NLP and also covering Automation development and their GTM forays

3. Block Chain and Computer Vision offerings to Global Clientele

Qualifications

1. Engineering Professional with 7+ years work experience preferably in strategy, consulting and with MBA or equivalent secondary degree

2. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed - Have high energy to lead by

being a key enabler

3. Possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills - defend ideas with objectivity (drives issue resolution).

4. Strong written, verbal and communication skills including business writing & presentation.

5. Someone with intraprenuer mind set and understands a start-up culture

6. Someone with positive attitude and desire to break traditional barriers in

Data and Applied Intelligence Practice

The Data and Applied Intelligence Practice comprises of three distinctive sub areas with Global P&L responsibilities:
