Good experienced Project or Program Manager that has experience in Duck Creek implementations and support and/or InsureSoft (Diamond Platform) implementation / support
Job Description:
Full cycle implementation experience leading billing transformation projects for insurance carriers especially in US / UK.
Led multiple transformation programs for P&C insurance clients on COTS solutions such as Guidewire, Duck Creek or Majesco.
Experience across billing functional landscape across direct bill (personal and commercial insurance), agency bill and loss sensitive billing.
Exposure to and / or experience in billing workflows as part of P&C operations (e.g., invoicing, payment processing, disbursements, agent commission, delinquencies).
Full understanding of the policy administration life-cycle from quote to bind, day 2 transactions and renewals in context of billing operations.
Understanding of billing administration lifecycle from premium issuance and scheduling to earned premium collection and write-off.
Demonstrated experience in one or several of the following: Personal Lines, Small Commercial Lines, Large Specialty, Domestic Companies and/or Multi-national companies.
