Detailed JD for Duck Creek Policy & Billing Business Analyst
- 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
- 7+ years of direct experience working with Policy, Billing and Claims systems and processes.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Experience in Duck Creek or Guidewire Policy and Billing Center or similar insurance platforms is a plus.
- Experience with policy data migration projects is a plus.
