1. Ability to design, build, and enhance ingestion pipelines across all environments, including requirements clarification, testing, validation, and deployment.
2. Strong hands on skills in Python and SQL for pipeline development, debugging, and data validation.
3. Strong hands on skills in GCP services used by the platform, including Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.
4. Terraform capability to support infrastructure changes related to pipelines and platform services.
5. GitLab CI/CD capability to build, maintain, and improve build and deployment pipelines and reusable templates.
6. Ability to collaborate with product, infrastructure, DBA, networking, admin, and business teams to resolve cross stack issues and unblock delivery.
7. Documentation discipline, including creation and maintenance of runbooks, support guides, operational checklists, and knowledge base content.

Ability to enforce GCP labeling and tagging standards for product level cost attribution and financial traceability

1. Experience implementing data quality checks and validations aligned to product SLAs.
2. Experience improving pipeline reliability through standardization patterns, automated checks, and preventative controls.
3. Experience supporting release readiness for data dependent changes, including pre production validation and deployment checklists.
4. Experience in cost optimization on GCP, including identifying inefficient workloads and proposing tuning and design improvements.
