Candidate must be confident of onboarding / bringing on client in the first month (for their IT Hiring - FullTime /Permanent)

The BDE would be a connecting link in interacting with the delivery team and the client.

Should be able to understand the Cleints requirment ( as what skills they seek IT professsionals)
