The BI Analyst is responsible for the technical implementation of BI solutions by leveraging knowledge of data warehouse models, data analysis, and software development methodologies. Additionally, this position will work with the VP of Data and Integration, Archer Senior Leadership, Business Operations, and other pertinent parties to define, prioritize and develop business intelligence and analytics solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and development of reporting solutions utilizing SQL Server and Tableau
• Design and development of data integrations utilizing SQL and SSIS
• Develop, document, and maintain Tableau dashboards utilizing performance best practices and industry standards.
• Analyze the existing transactional data repositories to identify and create data mapping and business rules for ETL, based on business needs.
• Contribute to and partner with Product and Development teams in creation of procedural automation and associated project lifecycle including but not limited to concept delivery, user testing, and deployment.
• Establish regular validation processes to ensure data integrity and recommend new reports, feeds, and processes to support the business model.
• Provide technical guidance to other members of the development team.
• Identify and implement potential enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.
