Job Description

• Design, configure, and implement Avaya telecommunications systems, including Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Manager, and Avaya IP Office.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the Avaya telecom infrastructure meets business needs.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain Avaya telecom equipment, servers, gateways, switches, and endpoints.
• Monitor system performance and network traffic, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Avaya telecom systems, including voice quality, connectivity, and integration problems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolve user-reported issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance their understanding of Avaya telecom systems.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of communication data.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure telecom equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective service delivery.
• Stay updated with Avaya product releases, patches, and firmware updates, evaluate their applicability, and plan and execute system upgrades accordingly.
• Document system configurations, network diagrams, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
