Requirement:

• Data Governance consultancy in Banking

• GDPR (Generale Data Protection Regulation)

• End to End data governance consulting

• Should have created banking policy, Data Governance process, standards, regulations

• Data Governance Maturity Model Assessment

• 10 + years of experience in Data Governance Consulting

• Mandatory experience in Banking and Financial services

• Experience in driving end to end data governance adoption and implementations.

• Design Data governance operating models.

• Experience in Data governance Maturity model Assessment

• Expertise in Business glossary development, Policy and Processes development

• Experience in architecting a solution for Data governance

• Sound knowledge and experience in Data Discovery, Data protection, Data retention using relevant tools and technologies

• Experience in Data Dictionary building, Data profiling, Data lineage creation, DG workflow development

• Lead the gathering of business requirements for the prioritized epics.

• Architect and present the DG solution that meets customer expectations .

• Work with Change management team to conduct user acceptance and training sessions to ensure solution is well adopted.

• Obtain approvals from stakeholders as and when required.

• To be able build and develop data standards, policies and procedures.

• Implement data governance and data quality methodologies, metrics and data quality tooling.

• Develop effective test plans, execute test cases and document results

• Review defects with technology team and collaborate to find resolutions.
