·      Demonstrated experience with increasingly complex projects

·      Experience in requirement analysis, test design and test case development.

·      Risk analysis and management

·      Experience in the effort estimation techniques

·      Experience in building process to effectively handle operational dependencies

·      Assists in recruiting new staff, conducting interviews and evaluate potential candidates

·      Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes·   

   Familiarity with Agile Process

·      Experience in the E-commerce domain

·      Experience in Automation Testing

·      Experience in CI/CD tools (git, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
