Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:


  • Assist with sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Scheduled hiring manager intake sessions for TA Manager.
  • Gather candidate information.
  • Conduct Pre-Screening sessions when there are capacity constraints.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Interface with HR team in coordination of offer related documentation.
  • Pulling all the documentation together for TA Manager to review before sending to HR team
  • Spearhead post offer communications and candidate follow up.
  • Maintain weekly contact with candidates prior to joining date.
  • Document, track, and maintain applicant records and status of engagements in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with coordination of Grad Hiring events.
  • Assist with Grad Engagement activities and Grad Internship logistics.
  • Schedule meetings and/or or events.
  • Distribute information, collect information.
  • Lead or assist with other Talent Acquisition related projects.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
