ReactJS Developer

Skills we are looking out for: • Deep understanding of React.js and its fundamentals, ideally including modern features like hooks • Excellent understanding of Javascript including the OOP concept and how shadow DOM and DOM work • Experience with widely used React.js state managers like ContextAPI, Redux • Knowing modern ECMAScript (currently ECMAScript 8) • Knowledge of RESTful APIs • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM etc. • Knowledge of the overall browser rendering behaviour and measuring and optimising performance • Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems like TFS

What we expect from you is: • Build reusable UI components with data binding, ensuring that UI code base is scalable and maintainable. • Build UI component libraries to be used across the organization. • Work seamlessly across teams to drive designs from prototype through the development lifecycle. • Create functional prototypes for usability testing. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end. • Participate in user experience design and architecture initiatives. • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to provide updates as well as to elicit new requirements. • Perform trouble shooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration.
