Job Description:

• 1-9 years of experience in the US IT Staffing.

• Should have worked for direct clients and just not supporting implementation partners.

• Should have experience working for niche skills like AWS, Security, Guidewire, Big Data, Thunderhead, JAvadeveloper, Angular Developer and Duck Creek and UI/UX

• Should have good experience in the Boolean Search Strings (like AND OR NOT etc.)

• Should be well versed with various job boards like Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

• Should have good experience in End to End Recruitment process.

• Should have a Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure.

• Should have experience working majorly on W2 requirements (10% C2C).

• Knowledge of US Visa Types.

• Experience working with P&C Domain clients (Preferred).

• Remote till pandemic. Post pandemic work location could be Hyderabad,Chennai or Bangalore.
