Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to join our team. The primary role will be to conduct training sessions for new hires and coach associates on improving their communication skills and call-handling attributes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language.
• Good knowledge of concepts of Voice & Accent.
• Fair knowledge of American Culture.
• Should have experience taking calls internationally.
• Knowledge of call attributes, call coaching and call monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Training the new hires on Voice & Accent concepts.
• Coach the associates on call attributes.
• Provide feedback and coaching for the associates on the floor.
