Eligibility: 1+ years of experience in a Call center Voice process trainer.

Shift: Required flexibility to work in any shift
Working: 6 days a week (Flexible week off excluding Sat, Sun)
Responsibilities:
Ø Take care of the Call center Voice process training
Ø OJT performance monitoring and provide support post certification
Ø Conduct regular refreshers as per the process requirement
Ø Present weekly Training review deck
