UK
Job summary:
We are looking for Lead generation Executives. You will be building new business opportunities by
establishing and developing relationships with potential clients in the B2B space. The expectation is
to utilize your skills to cultivate strong relationships with US &UK clients. This role is an end-to-end
role, starting from first contact till the closure of the deal. If you are motivated and results-driven,
and enjoy working in a hybrid environment, we’d like to meet you over a VC. The candidate should
be a self-starter, believing in making things happen and should not get bogged down by any kind of
bias in Mind whatsoever. High conviction in efforts and a structured sales process are a must to build
sustainable results, hence respect for a cadence is a crucial expectation. A high willingness to learn
and execute the plans is the key expectation.
Key Responsibilities:
Building database for prospecting
Doing Prospecting by sending personalised emails, connecting on LinkedIn and then doing
Phone calls /VC with potential clients in the US
To use prospecting/lead generation tools such as Lusha, Sales Navigator, CRM, Zoon info,
Rocket reach etc.
To educate customers about company's services and offers
To manage outbound and inbound calls daily
Identify customer's needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
To call active and budding clients for law services of our company
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
Responsible for retaining and expanding company's base of customers
To be on phone for a long time and familiar of using dialer systems
Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in the
USA, Canada and European Union
Generate and qualify leads as necessary to build the sales pipeline on a daily basis
Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads on a daily basis
Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Create outstanding business proposals for our existing and new clients.
To schedule minimum of two qualified appointment in a week

Background:
Must have handled outbound calls in a B2B Company, having clients in USA and Europe.
Qualifications:
Graduate with deep interest to build their career in Sales
Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency.
Excellent email etiquette skills
Must have experience of UK/US outbound calling process
Could handle minimum of 200 calls a day and schedule appointments
High level of self-confidence, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear
focus on high-quality results.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of Lead generation and outbound calling experience (specifically in international sales)
in countries like the United Kingdom, Canada, United States
Bright freshers having proficiency in English and with a deep Interest in sales can also apply.
